Showroom Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Drechsel Studio is pleased to offer international shipping. Orders outside Canada may incur additional shipping fees. Once orders have been paid in full, the order can be set up for shipment from our head office.

White Glove

Drechsel Studio offers complimentary White Glove Delivery Service within the GTA from 8am-4pm. Our services ensure your furniture is delivered with the highest level of care and attention to your residence. Our services include special handling of delivery, installation and assembly if required. If you are outside the GTA or international – please contact us to quote for white glove delivery in your location.

Order Policy

Once a deposit has been placed, the customer confirms that all information including finishes, dimensions and quantities as stated on the estimate or invoice are correct. Drechsel Studio is not held liable for specification details that are not noted on the invoice.

Order Processing Time

Drechsel Studio will work with the manufacturer and our logistics partner to have your furniture delivered as soon as possible. Lead times range from 12-16 weeks. Please contact your Drechsel Studio sales representative for lead time status.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Please contact your sales representative or email info@drechselstudio.com within 48 hours of your initial order to discuss order changes and/or cancellations.

Drechsel Studio cannot accept cancellation on orders in transit or where production has started.

Storage

Delivery should be arranged within two weeks of shipment arrival. Please contact your sales representative for additional storage requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that damage or defect occurs, Drechsel Studio will ensure a professional resolution to the issue. Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Drechsel Studio within 48 hours.

If you discover any defect in manufacture please contact your sales representative or email info@drechselstudio.com within 48 hours.

Payment

Drechsel Studio accepts Interac Debit, cheques and all major credits cards.

For all custom furniture orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total purchase price is to be paid at the time of order with the balance due prior to delivery or pick up. Once orders are paid in full, deliveries can be scheduled.

Returns / Exchanges

All sales from Drechsel Studio are final. Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture purchases fits into their premises (elevators, stair wells and hallways.)

All floor samples or “as is” sales are final and the manufacturer warranty is void. These items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Discounts / Vouchers / Store Credit

Any discount, special offer, voucher or store credit is limited to one per order. Trade or designer discounts cannot be applied to any additional promotional discount or special offer. Store credits do not have an expiry.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase to claim a manufacturer warranty.
